That way, I’ll be prepared and won’t be adding extra calories just for the ride home. Yesterday, I bought a container of Mio to keep in my purse. I can tell myself I’m going to do that next time, or I can prepare. I typically don’t choose water when I’m out and thirsty. Usually, when I’m at the store, I’ll buy a cold soda to get me through the drive home. When I’m in the car, I like to have a drink. Typically there are 2-3 different drinks on my desk at work. I had a revelation yesterday at the grocery store. Physical Activity: Lots of walking around Ikea That is fine with me, because It was probably mostly due to dehydration from everything that was leaving my body. So I think I’ve gained all of my sick weight back. I’m going to give that and PS another month – combined with the gym. I’m probably going to join Planet Fitness because it’s cheaper. At the same time, I really could burn off that aggression. I’m not sure I’ll have the drive to get myself there after work, because it always seems to drain my soul. I feel like the only way I’m going to fit the gym in is to get up early and do it before work. I have insane insomnia and have the worst time getting up in the morning. Hoping to join a gym once my life calms back down. Going to do my best to get control back over this problem. I’m going back and forth between her house and mine for the next week, probably. I’ve been neglecting tracking, and I’ve been neglecting any sort of attempt at healthy eating. A friend of mine went to the ER, and I’ve been neglecting the blog. I’ve lost track, but I’ve been faithfully drinking my Plexus Slim.
